Intro to Cayuse Class - Office of Research Integrity

This course is designed to instruct new users on navigating through Cayuse and submitting a study for approval by the UTSA Institutional Review Board. According to federal regulations and tips for successful submission, participants will learn what qualifies as human subjects research. Participants are encouraged to access Cayuse during the course and navigate through the site along with the instructors.

By attending this course participants will learn what meets the criteria of human subjects research according to federal regulations. Participants will be able to successfully navigate through the online submission system, Cayuse, and successfully submit their study proposal for review by the UTSA IRB. The benefits of this course are an improved understanding of human subjects research requirements and quicker review time by the UTSA IRB.
