Submit your new protocols through Cayuse IRB.
All protocols submitted before Sept.15, 2020 will be maintained using existing forms. If you have questions, contact the Senior Research Compliance Coordinator at irb@utsa.edu.
Important Dates and Deadlines
Studies or research that involves more than minimal risk must be reviewed by the IRB at a monthly convened meeting. To ensure timely review, submit your application at least six weeks before the scheduled meeting date.
Upcoming meeting dates
To be placed on an IRB meeting agenda for a meeting date on the right below, submissions must be pre-reviewed by the IRB Office and deemed complete. Send the completed request through Cayuse prior to 3:30 p.m. on the “Ready for Board” date below.
IRB Meetings are generally held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month unless otherwise noted.
